Packing for storage is not the same as packing for a van — things sitting sealed for months need it done differently, and we will be specific about what changes.
House clearance or waste removal. It needs a waste carrier licence, which is a different business with different obligations. We will point you at the council service or a licensed firm.

For storage, one question decides it: do you need to get at your things while they are stored? If yes, a rented unit. If no, containerised — and we will tell you that plainly rather than selling you the one we happen to offer.
For moving, describe the load rather than guessing at the label. How much there is, what floor it is on, and whether the vehicle can get near the door. The same one-bed flat is a man-and-van job in Kennington and a properly crewed move in a town-centre terrace.
